memorabilia. Many of the products you will see on this site have been developed
exclusively by ourselves and over the coming months we will be launching many
more original and innovative products, as well as continuing to offer the more
familiar items.
We are completely dedicated to your total
satisfaction. Employees can be replaced but customers can't!
Ordering on-line
Just browse our catalog, and click on any items
that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have
finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked
for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. We accept Visa,
Mastercard, Delta, Electron, Switch and Solo.
Credit card security
We use 128 bit SSL, the strongest commercially
available level of encryption. All your private data will be encrypted at all
times whilst in transit over the Internet. You should see a solid padlock in
your browser status bar which indicates that the encryption is taking place.
All transactions are carried out by WorldPay - one of the world's leading
e-commerce solutions providers. All information you give to us is kept in house
and not forwarded to any third-party organisations.

Delivery of goods
We aim to despatch all orders within 3 days where
stated (up to 14 days for gold & platinum discs). In the event of something
being on back order you will be notified straight away of any delay.
Delivery details
UK - Royal Mail and Parcelforce, usually 1-2 days
from despatch. All orders totalling over £10 are sent by recorded
delivery. Gold and platinum discs are sent by fully insured next day
delivery.
Europe - Airmail and Parcelforce Worldwide,
usually 3-5 days from despatch.
Rest of the World - Airmail and Parcelforce
Worldwide, usually 5-10 days from despatch.
Refunds
We offer a full refund on all our products if you are not 100% satisfied —
if returned within 7 days. Please notify us first before returning
goods.
Please note, we are unable to offer valuations or advice regarding older
items of Beatles memorabilia.
